The Social Services Branch Directory is intended to support our partners in helping us and each other provide services to our clients and communities. The Directory will assist our community partners in navigating our organization and referring the people you work with to Social Services.

Social Services has three program divisions:
 • Adult and Aging Services
 • Family and Children’s Services
 • Employment and Family Assistance Services

This directory features the following information:
• Referrals for Intake: Listing of telephone numbers that potential clients, current clients, or agencies should call to make a referral, report, or application for services.
• Program Descriptions: Brief descriptions of each of our programs.
• Contact Information: Supervisor’s names and numbers for your staff’s benefit; to ask questions or follow up on a concern.
• Questions or Concerns Outline: Steps to follow when assisting a client in addressing a concern with Social Services.
